Who is Curating Content
Meet Rob Finlay. Rob Finlay grew up immersed in commercial real estate, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. By the age of 25, Rob had already experienced nearly every facet of the industry—leasing, selling, managing, developing, financing, and even working as an onsite superintendent. There’s little in the CRE world that he hasn’t tackled.
Over his 30+ years in the business, Rob has built several companies, completed countless deals, and earned a reputation as a tech innovator. But Rob remains, at heart, an entrepreneur and investor who understands the intricacies of what works — and what doesn’t.
With his extensive experience in all aspects of CRE and a deep understanding of what drives success, Rob is passionate about inspiring, educating, and elevating professionals in the field.
